It’s now February. We feel the same as you – how on Earth did that come around so quickly? Christmas feels like it was only yesterday, and all the terrible weather we’ve had lately has kept us cooped up inside more than we’d like to have been.
We are slowly (ever so slowly, it seems) coming out of Comfort Food Season – although chocolates for Valentine’s celebration or commiseration are right around the corner – but we are all paying the price: all that junk plus staying indoors has inevitably led to us carrying a few extra pounds.
But how to get that weight off again? Most of us have probably already given up on our New Year’s Resolution to get fit because, to be honest, most traditional methods are a bit of a drag: eat healthy food, go to the gym, no chocolate.
