The entire state of Minnesota is well-known for its outdoor activities, including but not limited to tons of sports. If you love to ski, you’ll find plenty of places to hit the slopes, and they’re some of the best in the country. In warmer weather, there are golf courses galore, so you’ll easily find time to fit in the back 9. For a leisurely excursion, take in some of the state’s breathtaking hiking trails, ranging from beginner to advanced, depending on your skill level and preference. If you head out in winter, add ice fishing to your itinerary.

Minnesota is also well-known for its love of sports. There’s nothing like heading out to the stadium, drinking a few of the state’s best, coldest beers, and watching your favorite teams play. While a Twins game or a Vikings brawl is always worth a watch, make it your aim to look for Minnesota Wild Tickets here before all else; you can’t beat the excitement.

Make a Visit to the Mall of America

The Mall of America is definitely one of the state’s biggest, most popular attractions. Even if you don’t necessarily like shopping, there are all kinds of things to experience at the mall. There are over 500 stores offering their wares, but if that doesn’t tempt you, just play around in the amusement park—located right inside the mall, no less. There’s The Dinosaur Walk, a massive Lego Store, flight simulators, and lots of other activities that will help you pass the time.

Steep Yourself in Sophistication

There are lots of cultural experiences on offer as well. You don’t even have to visit a museum if you come in the spring or summer; the blooming flowers in the state parks are works of art all on their own. There are also amazing wine tasting opportunities, at any one of the incredible wineries located in-state. In the fall, you can also enjoy tours of several art studios, where you might find your new favorite piece.
